LandNow’s reputation as the most comprehensive central marketplace for real-time land sales in WA has been confirmed with the announcement of four new developments coming onto the platform.
New estates from Stockland at Alkimos Beach and Alkimos Vista (formerly Lendlease), new releases at Ashby Rise and the Urban Quarter development East of the Beach will all come online over the next eight weeks.
Alkimos Beach provides a coastal lifestyle in the heart of Perth’s coastal northern suburbs and 40km from the CBD. Alkimos Vista is offering lots just a few minutes drive to the beach, and close to schools, shopping, recreation and transport.
Also north of Perth, the East of the Beach development at Eglington by Urban Quarter is located on a gently rising hillside just five minutes from the Shorehaven foreshore while Ashby Rise from the Endeavour Group is a new release part of the Ashby precinct, just 35 minutes north of Perth. It is releasing 50 lots as part of Stage 1 with LandNow.
The CEO of LandNow, Tony McEntee, said more than 400 lots that are opening up the northern coastal corridor of Perth would soon be available on the platform.
